I was born into the real estate industry. My mother has been a REALTOR my entire life, and I grew up at her side assisting her with marketing, sitting open houses with her and learning the ropes at her side. While in college, I ventured into the title insurance side of the transaction where gained valuable knowledge about the inner workings of transactions and properties including the escrow process, property searching, transferring homeownership, clearing liens and clouds on title and of course the closing process.   

With a lifetime of experience in the real estate world including 23+ years on the title insurance side of the transaction, I chose to pursue my dream and passion in real estate, taking all that I learned from the title insurance side with me. 

I am proud to be partnering with my mother, Sonda "Sunny" Banka, who is an industry veteran with 45+ years as a REALTOR, and quite well known & respected locally and nationally for her professionalism and contributions to real estate leadership, education & political advocacy, and taking care of her clients. We love working together to bring the best of both of our skills & talents to the real estate industry and to our clients!
